The 3rd meeting was held for 5 days in Greece with 3 teachers(2 physical 1 virtual) from each partner. 10 teachers from other schools and organizations were hosted online for testing the games on the 4th day. The aim was to train the teachers on latent learning, how to produce digital games that provide conscious learning of the curriculum outcome and subconscious learning of environment and climate change, teachers’ production of such digital games.
The participants transferred their survey results on what school subjects include the environment and climate change in their curriculum and to what extent. Then,the participants were trained on latent learning and how to combine two different objectives that the students are aimed to pick consciously and subconsciously using digital games. After that, the teacher groups which had been formed before according to their branches gathered to identify a common learning outcome in their curricula. They focused on a part of their lesson plan where they used digital games. They made their preparations created at least 2 different games that taught/practised the learning outcome of their curriculum and raised awareness of environment and climate change with stimuli.
In the end, they prepared a description on how to implement the activity. They presented their games. After that,10 teachers from other schools amongst the other schools/organizations were hosted to play and test the games. They played the games in groups and then gave feedback via the assessment test(DGAT). The report was shared with the teachers. On the 5th day,the participants brainstormed on how they could combine and manage these games with different learning environments and tools. Then, they formed the second part of the teacher's handbook. The meeting was assessed(AAT); the results was shared.
